DGH #3, Nadine

Nadine was the first of Lonny's expansions, and Davis Guest Home has revitalized this property. Our first "small facility", the residence sits in the center-front of the property, surrounded a deep wrap-around lawn, mature shade trees, with flower-filled planters completing the landscaping. Two covered patios allow residents ample space to sit and enjoy the amenities if the sun is overbearing.

Inside the facility, this 10-bed RCFE has at times been modified to become an all-female resident facility as need arises. Nadine was also Davis Guest Home's first Enhanced Care facility, providing 24/7 awake staff, and ratios and levels of experience that are beyond the norm in the industry.

The remainder of the property hosts several warehouses and maintenance facilities. These warehouses also comprise the heart of Hope Haven West's operations. This includes wheelchair assembly, storage, and loading bays that allow for forklifts and sturdy volunteers to load-out semi trucks full of complex pediatric wheelchairs to be shipped to many third-world countries and to be distributed to children (and adults) with many types of disabilities.
