A Guide for Counties

First of all, thank you for your interest in placement of your client at Davis Guest Home. We understand that you have a considerable responsibility and carry a hefty case load ​of clientele whom you tend to, and/or, a court-ordered obligation to ensure correct and timely placement for individuals in your care. Know that we are here to help, and will strive to alleviate this burden as we work alongside you in a timely manner and respond to your enquiry.

Davis Guest Home is committed to providing a response to your initial submission within 48 business hours. We actually take great pride in our responsiveness to you, and desire to exceed your expectations as we execute our internal processes. Our administrative team is here to provide you with answers to your questions, and if you have any unmet needs along the way, please give Lonny or Zak a call and we are confident that we will be able to address your needs together.

Below is a helpful list of items that we will request that you would please submit as part of the referral packet. If these are not included, we will still begin to review the packet, but please note that it may slow down the process for you as we await these items. Having these up front will allow us to hit the ground running and provide you with a timely answer.
